I tried to join a streamer when he did a Typeracer match and this thing thinks I'm a bot. My first 3 races weren't recorded. In those I got 99 WPM, 124 WPM, and 105 WPM. I won all 3. It was fun though!
They interrupted my race and asked me to type some scrambled thing. I was slower because it was a different format.
Poor little thing is right! 🤣
Anyhow, Typeracer is now a channel points redeem. The channel points price scales with my PB (personal best) which is at 124 WPM right now.
Typing equipment
Right now I have a few keyboards:
- Steelseries Apex 7 with Cherry MX blue switches: my daily driver. This is setup at my desk.
- Varmilo CMYK with Cherry MX brown switches. This is not on my desk but will likely be the one I use when streaming video games and someone does a Typeracer redeem
- WASD keyboard with Cherry MX brown switches. My first mechanical keyboard, it's in a box somewhere right now because the key caps are worn.
