All below stretches will start with one arm at a time unless we can do both at the same time.

This should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.


Trrriceps

Total time: 80 seconds

  1. Extend one arm and hold for 20 seconds

  2. Repeat for other arm

  3. Put one arm over your head and hold for 20 seconds

  4. Repeat for other arm


Prayerrr

Total time: 20 seconds

  1. Put your hands in a praying position

  2. Squish them together for 20 seconds

Gamer stretches prayer position


Forearms -> Bottom

Total time: 40 seconds

  1. With your palm up, extend your arm

  2. Press down on your fingers

  3. Hold for 20 seconds

  4. Repeat with the other arm

Gamer stretches supinated flexors


Forearms -> Top

Total time: 40 seconds

  1. With your palm down, extend your arm

  2. Press down on your fingers

  3. Hold for 20 seconds

  4. Repeat with the other arm

Gamer stretches pronated extensors


Thumbs -> Adductor

Total time: 40 seconds

  1. Extend arm in front of you

  2. Pull your thumb towards you

  3. Hold for 20 seconds

  4. Repeat for other arm


Thumbs -> Extensor

Total time: 20 seconds

  1. Make a fist with your thumb inside on both hands

  2. Hold for 20 seconds

Gamer stretches thumb extensor


Joint distraction -> Fingers

Total time: 50 seconds

  1. Pull each finger and hold for 5 seconds


Joint distraction -> Wrists

Total time: 10 seconds

  1. Put your hand in front of your chest, palm facing towards you

  2. With your other arm, pull your hand

  3. Hold for 5 seconds
